1. To provide a focal point for the exchange of information for residents and those interested in the village of Kirkton of Auchterhouse

2. To provide information on the history of our village, following a Local History exhibition held in April 2000.

Community Council

New Community Council meetings are held on the third Thursday of each even numbered month at 7 pm in the Parish Hall. Meetings are not held in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November unless there is extraordinary business. All members of the community are welcome to attend meetings. Public discussion and open debate is encouraged. Minutes of meetings will be available here

SWRI Burns Supper

also hamper raffle in aid of the Air Ambulance (SCAA).
All welcome.

Angus Care Model

During the week beginning 16 October Angus held a series of events across Angus Health and Social Care Partnership where local people spoke to health and social care professionals. We were asked to share the information that was displayed. Hall 200 Club

.Another session of the hall 200 club is about to start - the 1st draw will be on the 30th August, with a draw each month up to December, when there will be some big prizes. A membership number costs £5 and by the end of the session (in December) half the money donated will be returned in prizes. Collectors will be coming around to collect from the regular donors in the next week but there are spare numbers for new members. If you would like a number, or more numbers, let Mary Skea know on Tel 320257. It's all for a good cause - the running of the hall.
