The playing field is available to everyone in Auchterhouse and provides a football pitch, a double all-weather tennis court and play equipment (such as climbing frame/slides/swings/round-about for the very young) .
There is no booking procedure for the use of facilities, - just wait your turn.
The field is officially the GeorgeV Jubilee Playing Field (not Auchterhouse Park, which is the former hospital at the top of The Brae).
A toilet block (with Ladies and Gents) and Picnic tables are situated on the field near the car park. Angus Council maintain the field and equipment on it. The toilets are open everyday between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Everyone using the play areas is asked to be respectful to all other people there and not cause any damage, nor leave litter or bring cars and bikes on to the field. A litter bin is located beside the toilet block for any waste material.
